Welcome to the wonderful adventure of training. Its my hope that this experience will be rewarding and fun. I know its a lot of hard work, but the payoffs are well worth the work you put into it.

My training clients are helped in a few ways:
1. Partner training: my rates are $65.00(your rate per hour if you choose to work with another client or if you have someone you want to start training with you. This is an ideal way for you and your partner develop a training bond and offer additional support to your training goals.
2. Individual training clients are at a rate of $100.00.
3. Monthly consult clients are a fee of $300.00 this includes the diet. Diet will be initially provided and one training session per month.. Diet will only be evaluated on a monthly basis, not bi weekly as below.
4. Diet clients: for 12 week program, $1000.00…this is for non training clients, review and up date bi-monthly
5. Gift certificates available for purchase at rate of $95.00 per session, will do a package rate if multiple sessions purchased.
6. Routine Choreography: $95.00 per hour, or 250.00 for routine creation alone.
7. Interactive webcam training: $50.00 per half hour, can be posing, diet discussion or training.

FEES ARE DUE ON MONDAY FOR WEEKLY BY THE 2ND ON MONTHLY; for each additional day late a $10.00 fee will be attached, anyone more then 5 days past due cant train until account is in current and active standing.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
All unused training packages expire after 4 weeks of inactivity unless prior arrangements are made.

After this time period has expired, client must start a new package with payment due on first session of new package.

I like to send a training schedule on Fridays of the week before training so I will need an accurate email address.
For you training time I have a few simple requests:
Call as far in advance as you can for cancellations, I can usually work with you and get another training time.

1. If you don’t call or don’t show up for your scheduled training time it is charged as a training time.
2. If you are more then 15 minutes late without calling I will leave the premises and it will be charged as a training time.


I try to be very liberal with clients with reschedules because I know things come up and we are all very busy, I value your time and if I have to cancel I will attempt to give as much notice as I can but if it is last minute and I cancel you for your time I will comp you a session..but if I give notice we will just reschedule.

Primarily as long as we communicate: call if you cant make it, call if your going to be late, then there is not need to charge. I just don’t want to bump another client for a slot that is a no show.

Please disclose any medical conditions or medications that may affect training.

During your training and or interaction as my client you may be in contact with or directly working with proprietary information, which is important to Client and Trainer. All information must be treated with strict confidence and may not be used at any time or in any manner for publication of any materials in any form. Information given to clients may not be duplicated in any form.

With your signature below you also agree to a confidentiality agreement: you will not attempt to publish, replicate or duplicate any material provided verbally or written pertaining to training and diet that is supplied by me to you as a service as a client.

On all training packages there is no cancellation/refund policy after 3 sessions of training have been provided. If client cancels by session three, 300.00 will be deducted and the remainder returned. Package rates are based on amount of sessions. All sessions in a single session situation are 100.00 per session. After 3 sessions, no refund, no cancellation, services will be offered to cover amount of purchase or they may be given as a gift to another person but no refund will be provided.
